DAMAGED ITEMS

Your satisfaction is particularly important to us. We therefore ask you to contact us immediately if anything does not meet your expectations.

Remember to check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage, you must refuse delivery. You must then immediately contact our customer service at simonrobinsonphoto@gmail.com so that they can request a replacement. To ensure prompt treatment, it is strongly recommended that you email our customer service team with photos documenting the damage.

If you have already agreed to take delivery of the goods and subsequently discover the presence of damage, please contact our customer service immediately. Please keep the original packaging for any return of merchandise.
